Refund policy

As per Australia consumer law we abide by the 30-day major problem return policy here.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Major Problems
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any big problems with any item please contact us immediately. This includes if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

If you are unhappy with the initial unboxing experience we request that you please wait a few hours to let the pad settle into shape. Resting some light books will help speed up this process. After that time period if you are still unhappy with the product then please contact us to discuss options.

We will inspect the initial product with you and notify you once we’ve reviewed your potential return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will not be accepted without the original warranty card and code verified by our team.
