As per Australia consumer law we abide by the 30-day major problem return policy here.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with information on where to send your return package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Major Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect it for any major issues. If you encounter any problems such as defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

If you are dissatisfied with the initial unboxing experience, we recommend allowing a few hours for the padding to settle into shape. Placing some light books on top can expedite this process. If, after this time period, you are still unsatisfied with the product, please contact us to discuss available options.


We will carefully inspect the initial product together with you and notify you once we have reviewed your potential return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will only be accepted if the original warranty card and code have been verified by our team.
